Best Resort in Puerto Rico for snorkeling near the beach?

My husband and I are planning a trip to Puerto Rico during the holiday season. I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a luxury resort or condo (up to $ 500/night) offers a quality dive snorkeling right from the beach? I am happy to sit on the beach all day, but the husband gets bored easily. Thank you very much!
